Horse-drawn open cutter sleigh with removable horse-sized shafts. Charming black and red paint with red velvet upholstered seat. Lovely brass accents, including a rein rail and eagle head finials, a whip holder and buggy steps on each side. Handmade here in Montana. Measures approximately 42" wide body by 52" long by 50" tall, runners are 70" long and 39" wide, and shafts are 34" wide and 73" long. Shows minor chips, scratches and rub marks from normal use. No holes or tears in upholstery. Paint is flaking at curved top, as shown in pics. Sleigh has always been stored indoors, has seen regular light use on holidays, and has been well-maintained for safety and soundness. Purchased directly from the maker, who used it himself for many years.
